Doordash — the current food delivery app with the majority US market share at 57%, and has around 20 million monthly users (including international markets: Australia, Canada, and Japan). With this many users of varying needs, it becomes hard to cater to everyone, so the functionalities of the app become generalized. Keeping this in mind, we wanted to find ways to better cater towards those needs for people with dietary restrictions/lifestyles such as vegan, vegetarians, pescatarian, among other restrictions.
